• Chef’s knife from the Nórdika series which stands out for its silk edge and a 100% natural wooden handle. This Ovengkol wood comes from well-managed FSC® certified forests and, in addition the knife comes packaged in 100% recycled cardboard that reduces the use of plastic by 70%.
• Manufactured entirely in our facilities in Albacete, this knife has a 8'' of NITRUM® stainless steel, which gives it greater hardness and durability.
• Another noteworthy feature are its brass rivets, which give the handle an avant-garde design.
• This series benefits from back of the blade with a rounded polish, providing the knife with a soft grip that won’t rub against your hand or create friction.
